Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Return Window Most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received (including tags and labels)
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene and personal care products (e.g., certain beauty items) for health and safety reasons
- Opened or used consumables
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at sales@livie8.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label or your own method (keep proof of shipment).
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card issuer).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).
- If the return is approved for a refund, the refund amount will exclude original shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at sales@livie8.com.
- Include photos of the issue and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement (if available) or full refund, including original shipping costs.
