LIVIE8 ships exclusively to addresses within the United States (USA). We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 5 PM PKT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on package size, destination, and speed selected). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and carrier performance.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination within the USA, and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (details shown during checkout).

  • Continental USA: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)
  • Expedited options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) are available at checkout where supported by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable).
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include reshipping or issuing a refund.
